Objectives

• Improve the knowledge of the general public and local authorities on heating and cooling networks, by developing educational and accessible communication
• Promote the development and modernisation of networks
• Encourage them to improve their economic and environmental performance
• Seek better user satisfaction and fight fuel poverty
• Facilitate the exchange of information between users and other stakeholders in the supply chain
